Essential Ride Information
Participants should bring swimwear and a towel for the activity. Passengers must be at least 7 years old with consent from a parent or guardian, while drivers must be at least 16 years old. Each jet ski can accommodate up to 2 people with a maximum combined rider weight of 150 kg for safety reasons. All rides are launched directly from the beach through an instructor-led safety protocol. Participants should be in good physical health, and no license is required to join. For safety, Bali Water Sports enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on alcohol consumption before or during the activity — don’t drink and drive.

Cancellation and refund policy
- If you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled activity, you are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours result in a 50% charge. Failure to appear results in a 100% charge with no refund.
- If the operator cancels due to weather or operational conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund for any activity that has not yet begun.
- Once your activity has started, no refunds are issued for any reason, including fear, discomfort, inability to operate equipment, seasickness, early withdrawal, rule violations, or negligence.
